Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your e-mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can forward electronic mail messages from one mailbox account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming messages according to specific rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Just choose the email mailbox you would like to forward emails from, then choose the destination mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
